By using this website or placing an order with Taborn Brand, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All custom orders are subject to artwork approval, payment requirements, and production availability. Orders are not considered final until approved and accepted by Taborn Brand.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid only for the period specified.

Payment

Payment terms will be communicated before production begins. Orders may require a deposit before production starts.

Custom Products

Because our products are custom-made, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, colors, names, numbers, sizes, and spelling before production. Once approved, Taborn Brand is not responsible for errors contained in the approved artwork.

Production & Shipping

Production begins after final artwork approval and required payment is received. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary due to material availability, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product contains a manufacturing defect or Taborn Brand made an error in production. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition, subject to our return policy.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, artwork, graphics, and designs created by Taborn Brand remain the property of Taborn Brand unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
